Below is a list of units currently available as well as those coming open in the near future. Dates shown after the apartment number indicate when we expect the apartment to be move in ready.
Any of the vacant units can be seen now, and evening and weekend appointments are available.
For occupied units, though we are legally allowed to show them with the tenant's permission, because of the imposition on the current tenants we generally don't. Usually, there is another apartment with a similar floor plan open to show as an example and, with approved application, you can have "first look" once it's vacant.

These monies may be used toward rent payment at any time. Most available units may be held for up to 30 days with an approved application and deposit. If you are looking further ahead, please email or give us a call. We have very good relationships with our tenants and will often know their plans well in advance.
All rates listed here are based on a 12-month lease, but we do offer short-term rentals at Wilmington House when space is available. Short-Term Leases are initially for a 3-month period and carry a 10% premium over the 12-month rate shown. Once the initial term is ended, you may rent on a month-to-month basis at the same rate. With all leases of less than 1 year, there is a one-time cleaning fee of $80, which is deducted from the security deposit.
