We are 1 mile from the University of Dayton and only minutes from Downtown, Research Park, Wright State or WPAFB. The property is adjacent to a brand new elementary school, Horace Mann. Though most of our tenants tend to be long-term, we will offer short-term leases (3 months) if space is available.
